A deposit of 40% of the total amount of agreed package should be paid to me on the day of the final booking
If by any chance a client fail to have their wedding, due to unforseen circomstances, they will forfit their deposit.
There will be an added cost of the AA's rates per km, if the wedding takes place out of the 100km radius from Pretoria.
Weddings outside of South Africa, full accomodation and flight ticket to be paid either by the client or if so discussed added to the package.
Full intenerary of bride, groom, time, map and additional phone numbers to be provided by cleint.
Time lost on client's behalf can only result in loss of photos for certain scheduled shoots.
I will not be held responsible for any loss of photographs through theft or lab printing errors.
Client must provide 2 seats for me and my assistant at the reception.
